(1) DELIVERY CHARGES
Please note free shipping applies to all UK orders. For orders outside of UK we charge £2 per item.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Buyers outside the EC will be liable for any local import duties imposed by their Country.
(3) SUPPLY OF GOODS
Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of payment (Mon-Fri). Exceptions occur with bank holidays / out of stock items / pending new releases. We will notify you of the status of your order should there be a delay. All goods remain the property of Angel Air Records until paid for in full and your contract with Angel Air Records is completed when payment received and goods despatched.
All payments are taken via PAYPAL secure system where you will be able to pay by all major credit/debit cards or paypal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase, just use your preferred card.
(5) REFUNDS and CANCELLATION
Please contact us by email: email@example.com or telephone: (00 44) (0)1449 782188 (Monday-Friday) GMT, to return the faulty item(s) and we will arrange for replacement(s) to be sent by return or, in the event of being unable to supply a replacement, a full refund will be given. If goods are not faulty but a refund is requested please call or email to discuss options and any item(s) must be returned in original packaging / unused. You have the right to return faulty product within 30 days of order/payment.
(6) NON-RECEIPT of GOODS
In the event of non receipt of an order within 21 days of payment, please contact us immediately as we cannot be held responsible after that period for goods lost in transit.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
