History of MIDNIGHT FLYER by Keith Smith


MAGGIE BELL was voted regularly by the readers of NEW MUSICAL EXPRESS and MELODY MAKER 'Best Female Vocalist' during the 70ís shortly after leaving STONE THE CROWS and commencing her ground breaking solo career.

This 2 disc release draws together on the CD original tracks from her solo albums, single and live tracks from the band MIDNIGHT FLYER which she fronted in the early 80ís and a track from her latest band BRITISH BLUES QUINTET.

The DVD is a live concert recorded at Montreux 1981 with her band Midnight Flyer Maggie recently performed at the LED ZEPPELIN reunion concert at O2 and is about to go on tour in UK with The MANFREDS during October and November.
