This album is the first release by a band made up of old friends brought together by the catalyst, MAGGIE BELL who for the past 12 months has been performing at gigs and festivals throughout Europe as BBQ.

Even thought the group goes under the name of BRITISH BLUES QINTET, it’s more like “Rhythm & Blues Quintet” and draws strongly on the band members backgrounds in rock and blues (MILLER ANDERSON ex ‘KEEF HARTLEY BAND, ZOOT MONEY,’ COLIN ALLEN ex ‘STONE THE CROWS’ and COLIN HODGKINSON ex ‘SPENCER DAVIS GROUP’)
