MOTT was formed in 1974 from the ashes of MOTT THE HOOPLE – OVEREND WATTS, DALE GRIFFIN and MORGAN FISHER decided to soldier on as simply called MOTT and recruited RAY MAJOR and NIGEL BENJAMIN. The two new recruits made their presence felt very quickly and powerfully.
This album brings together tracks from both UK (Friars Club, Aylesbury and Leeds Polytechnic) and USA gigs (The Forum, Los Angeles, Agora Ballroom, Cleveland) and shows what a powerhouse the band had become on the live circuit.
This release is a rip roaring, full blooded MOTT that was never captured on disc.
